I have been approached by the above co. who state that if I had any Credit Cards or Loans which where taken out before 2007 they( possibily)can get them written off due to incorrect credit agreements in place at that time?
Sounds too good to be true.....anyone else heard from or of them?

If you search on Kerebo on this forum and google them there will be some others experiences of them. Also check their https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk registration and have a look at their companies house records (may be under their parent companies name). Bascially check them out first.
You can do the same thing yourself and i would always get people to obtain their own credit agreements and consider going forward themselves before paying any fees to any company. See this thread http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/showthread.php?t=13980LegalBeagles0
