    Get to school on time?

Unless there was a good reason for it, eg catastrophic traffic chaos on the roads on all those days, I suspect you're stuffed! Sorry, but I think that's the way it is!

  • Hi there everyone , im promoting EMA at the moment, so if you need any information just get in touch !

For the last 2 years i have been receiving EMA and it has helped so much , it can help to pay for tools you need for college or sixth form , and anyone with a household that earns under
£30,810 can receive EMA . It doesn't matter if you have a part-time job because it is only your households income that counts ... FAB ..EH?!

Whether your resitting your GCSE's , studying for A levels or diplomas it doesn't matter .

So if i were you id apply , it could help you out a lot !

there is even a hotline :

My 6th form doesn't bother with daily registers taken by a teacher or checks to see if we are late or achieving our target grades. We tick our names off on a table each day when we arrive to tell them when we are going to be there during the day and then they check at the end of the week to see if we've turned up everyday and pay out the ema and the bonuses. I never realised quite how lucky I was till I read this post!

ac24 I don't think there is anything you can do about it but you should have been paid your july bonus by now anyway.

nope , im acting in a streeteam to 'PROMOTE EMA' for the next 6 weeks so i can , i've been given this information to pass on to people and educate the 16-18 year olds that will be attending sixth form or college from september , with EMA the money goes into your account and not your parents , so you are free to spend the money as you wish .

Surely the money they are wasting on this "street team" could be used to provide EMA to more people by increasing the income thresholds. What a waste of time that is surely everyone knows about EMA by now. Whats wrong with a few leaflets, I don't see the point in wasting money on big advertising campaigns for it.
