Business Accounts - unfair bank charges

Do the same rules apply on business bank accounts for unfair bank charges? My partner is a sole trader and has just been sent a letter from our bank to say that they will renew our current overdraft facility for another year, but for this pleasure will be charging us £250 (again). I have spoken to the bank manager and told them that I think this is an 'unfair' charge but was just told 'it is stated in the T&C's!!"
Would we have a case to reclaim??

Overdraft renewal fee is not reclaimable since it is the fee for having an overdraft. He might want to look at switching his account to another provider.0
