Can anyone recommend a good company in the Cardiff area for either driveway paving or the pattern imprinted concrete? Thanks

Hi,
I'm still looking for a good driveway contractor too ! I have had a couple of people out but was put off by them not giving me good references ! I went on the federation of master builders website (https://www.fmb.org.uk ) Apparently you can get insurance and mediation if it all goes wrong.I'm still doubtful though as i think you cant beat word of mouth!
I hope the website is of some use to you, in the meantime, I'll keep getting in those quotes !!!!!0 -

A few words of warnings, make sure you dont engage the vast amount of "Rogue Traders" who portray themselves as Professionals, with their fancy vans painted with glossy pictures of driveways and the like, they are not what they seem to be.
These people prey especially upon the Older Citizens who are quite vulnerable, who are needing some work done on their properties, their work tends to be very shoddy, prices can vary depending upon their perception of how much money people have in their bank accounts, and then when it all goes wrong will not respond to complaints.
These traders are making thousands per week, and most of them never get around to declaring their earnings to H.M. Inland Revenue, even though they have the cheek to charge V.A.T.0
