I'm a stupid ebay seller!

  • It's just one of those things. I now print out an invoice / packing slip from ebay - WITH pictures and copy the address from this JUST before I fill the envelope, checking as I go! On a busy day when the Kid's are moaning and the dog is chasing the cat I find it really helps.

Just had a message from the seller the item that I actually did send this time (not just a empty envelope) still not arrived. Not much I can do but hope it turns up in the next few days. I already refunded them due to my mistake. Oh well can feel a Neg a coming in the wind!

Ask them if they wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer for it to turn up? My post is so delayed now it's untrue (2 weeks for a 2nd class item to turn up), remind them of the postal strikes..

Oh dear! I hope it all turns out alright.

I once wrapped a parcel up ready to take to the post office. I then managed to somehow knock it off the desk and it fell down the back. I found it six weeks later (I don't know how I managed to forget about it!). I sent it off to the buyer with a grovelling "sorry" card and a little gift. I was expecting a big fat neg, but she actually gave me a glowing positive and said it had cheered her up meeting someone even more ditzy than her!

Thanks, The communication from the buyer is a little brisk. But there's not much more I can do really. I made a mistake at the beginning then sent the item + refunded them. I only have one of them so if it doesn't arrive not much I can do but apologise

Whatever the feedback not much I can do about it> I now double check all envelopes

Similar to what happened to me. I thought Id posted the parcel (some baby clothes) then found the parcel in my very messy cupboard about a month later. :o Thankfully the buyer was really nice about it!!
