Unfortunately my local store in Croydon (Purley Way) all the White England shirts are either Medium or XXXL... doh!

I ordered my other half the home shirt from LX Direct using the £13.50 off code & the 10% off code & my e-mail order confirmation came up at £8.00 however when I received the shirt the advice note that came with it is still showing up at £18.00 did anyone else get this?

LX direct seem to have an odd way of doing things. I was given a £10 off voucher by themselves, spent £13 but then should have got charged £3 but what they did instead was charge me the full £13 on my card and then refund £10.

Really odd, that is not the first time they have done it that way either.

I got this as well.

I had already made a thread on this but I didn't know this one was here.

I called them up so many times and was promised the shirt would be here this date and that date but the days came and went. I was told last week that it will be with me this monday or tuesday without fail and she again promised me this.

Today I get a email of cancellation so I called them up only for the lady to say that the order was cancelled because they didn't want to keep saying it would come this date and that date so instead they just cancelled the bloody thing. Thanks alot sports world, I have just sat through three games without a bloody england top because of your promises.

Any ideas as to the best way to complain as calling their customer service line is fruitless and they are clueless.
