Credit card charges

Hello After visiting this site and reading many articles regarding claiming credit card charges i decided to make a claim. I downloaded the first template letter and put my details in. My letter said that i would wait for a reply within 40 days. I sent the letter on the 10th July 2009 and i am still waiting have heard nothing, could someone please advise on what i should do next.

  • Yes it is the one that asks for charges . Having read a few of the messages on the forum i noticed that some people never sent a cheque so i didn't send one i also deleted this info on the letter regarding the letter.

Ok, new letter and send it Recorded delivery with the cheque. Problem you have is that you haven't sent the fee and haven't got proof or receipt of the request. Others may have got lucky on that one.
