Algarve for Christmas?

Hi, I have seen a great deal for the Algarve for over the christmas. We are not really bothered about the weather but has anyoneone been at christmas? Are the hotels busy? we would be going as a family with 3 boys age 10, 15 and 17 who make friends really easily but dont know whether there will be other kids there. Any advice please x

Thanks for the reply, we were looking at the Clube Humbria or the Auramar. The Humbria has better reviews but the Auramar is closer to Albufeira, so not sure yet.0
