I noticed that photobucket.com has other features that allow you to animate or scroll your pictures in the bucket features section. There are 3 different animation choices to choose from. I was wondering has anyone used them before and do they work on ebay?

I don't see the option for that but maybe it's because I only have a free account, but I'd assume that they convert the image to an animated gif and I've used them in Ebay listings before without any problems

photo bucket is absolutle brill users use them on my site when posting items,
you could ad as many pictures as you like just copy and paste the html into the decription box . above all photobucket is free use you dont have to pay high fees to use it.
