Soz my mistake.
It was you ranting on my post zara. I think an apology is also merited since deleting your rant implies your inappropriate statement in reply to my post.
Woody, it was my employer paying the CSA and took the CSA claim of money to be truthful. I think he was equally furious with the CSA since they lied about my circumstances to increase a higher gain they would otherwise have made. I was reading an artical where a judge said the CSA needs reform because it is clogging up courts and tribunals with NRPs claiming unfair charges and discouraging men from working and going on the dole.
Looking in the forums, it is evident that over charging NRP's is pandemic within the CSA.0 -

It might be better if parents attitudes towards their children, changed. The CSA wouldn't be needed if both parents paid the true amount that their children cost to feed and house.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Some parents.
The CSA is not only used when an NRP refuses to pay what they are supposed to either.August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61

That was why I posted the link to the Court forms. C1 is the form you need to start an contact order.0 -

What they are "supposed to" and what it actually costs to keep their child, are often two different things.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

I wonder how many parents would agree what that cost is for their child (something says many will have 2 different figures)?0 -
That would be an impossible dream! For some, it is absolutely essential that their children have the best of everything, join all the clubs etc and this costs so much more than those who look at what they have and give the child what they can.0
