I sent a letter of complaint to ikea about being given foreign currency in my change and I though I would share the reply with all of you ;)

    Please tell me you didn't spend the money on a 1st class stamp to complain about being given a funny coin instead of a 1p?
    I am suprised they took the time and effort to even bother coming up with a witty reply let alone bother to read the letter.

    That's brilliant! :D They must have realised from your complaint you weren't serious as you could probably sue them for insulting you with that letter.

    I like how you have blurred out the number in case any of us note it and get your 1p. :p

    Vestra - priceless, best laugh I've had in ages (& not least because you wrote to complain in the first place). Thanks for sharing it and setting yourself up for criticism for complaining about 1p in the first place.

    In future you should send email complaints, don't even have to fork out for a stamp!
