As I said before, Quidco's supporters are welcome to start an "I heart Quidco" thread.
And if we did ( dont need to as we have every right within MSE rules to post here) and we pointed out that the merchants that are causing Quidco/Some Quidco members problems are problamatic elsewhere then all we would get is. "ah well we arent interested in other Cashback sites its up to Quidco to sort out its own problems." ( That would be a valid point if the same people werent actually comparing and praising/promoting other Cashback sites when it suits them)

http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/tradedoubler/123869-aa-breakdown-cover-not-paying-commission.html ( AA)
http://www.topcashback.co.uk/retailersextrasCo-operative_Insurance.htm ( Lots of Co-Operative Insurance complaints were on Cashback Kings Forum as well)
I am a believer that everyone who does a valid transaction should receive the advertised cashback ultimately by whatever means where/when appropriate. However Quidco have previously stated on MSE that they will treat all its members the same and not give preferential treatment to those who shout the loudest/ have most time to spend on the keyboard/ make Legal threats etc. I really hope as a Quidco member that Quidco arent using its members funding to go and visit Rutha being as the whole of Quidco membership wasnt consulted about it.
To Rutha, the info from Companies House was very interesting, thanks for bringing it to our attention. :T There is however one myth that you appear to be under and that is Quidco dont actually have to come to MSE to answer anything, badgering post after post is only going to increase the chance of other Quidco members who prefer to have dialogue on MSE rather than on Quidco site not receiving answers either. The numbers who use Quidco Blog/Quidclans speaks for itself so once again the majority appear happy with the opportunities to speak/moan/complain that Quidco offer.Quidco previously stayed off MSE Follow-Up thread for a period of time due to rudeness/badgering/legal threats, only difference then to now was that it was a different set of "usual suspects".
Good luck to those who have outstanding Cashback waiting for Morethan, Co-operative Insurance, AA and other problamatic merchants via ALL Cashback Sites.
Edited to add @ Post 312 : In some eyes its ok to join MSE and post negatives about Quidco, ( they or "she" get tea and sympathy) sadly the same eyes heap scorn, sarcastic welcome to forum "newbie" posts on those who join and post positives about Quidco + post apparent stupid insulting, webspace wasting pictures aimed at certain members who happen not to post how some or again "she" might like. _pale_0 -
Where are all the trolls tonight?????
Disappointing, so off for an early night.
Just in case:
I'll feed them later.
Goodnight.
Lynsey
Why? This is a public forum where people can post what they wish on any thread as long as it is within the rules.
Ruthha argument has been flawed as she hasn't been able to calculate 6 months from the inception of the policy.
Good luck to all those on ALL cashback sites who followed the rules and are expecting cashback.0 -

Im sorry that i dont sit at a computer in the evenings so i can reply to your accusation of me being a troll.
i suggest those who try to put me down as being a troll do indeed look at other posts on other threads where i have given my knowledge and hopefully helped people..
i am allowed just as much as anyone else on this forum to put my views forward on ANY thread as long as i do not abuse the rules that i quite clearly have not.
If you do not like me pointing out that Ruthha is wrong in her ability to count 6 months( a point you have not yet commented on even though i have raised it many times over the last few days) then that is fine with me. I have not signed up to back Quidco nor to try and slate others, indeed i have mentioned in earlier posts on this thread(i think) that i have given up with them because of having to chase them for small cashback amounts and its not really worth the effort.
i may have been lucky enough to have my insurances that i got throguh Quidco payout, but i waited for the CORRECT amount of time to pass and even forgot about them until i saw it on my bank statement.
dont try and have a go at others for putting THIER point accross just because it doesnt fit in with what YOU and others want out of this thread.
This whole forum is for PRAISE and well as VENTING and WARNINGS. I was merely WARNING Ruthha when i first waded in that she can not count and that she would get nowhere with trading standards if she took it to them as a complaint.
Thats not being a troll, nor is it having a go, but seeing as you have failed to even comment on these and have resorted to the lowest form of non wit then i dont expect you to either.one of the famous 50 -

And about 90% of her posts complaining about something.. wonder what?0 -
The DPA is just another angle to have a go at ruthha TBH.
Many (including trolls and AE's) have tried to knock her down and she has fought every single one off and is still standing. A true testament to her character.
Who will "sign in" tonight to "have a go"?? lol.
Lynsey
No.... as soon as she is challenged she ignores them. Hardly fighting, more running off and hiding.0 -
Hi everyone,
I have responded to Ruthha via a ticket and asked that we correspond on a one to one basis, in a professional manner, so that we can arrange this visit. I will not correspond on here with her, although she is entitled to continue to paste on here my responses is she wishes. I think we should just take it from here now and maybe all the commen from others out there being made to eachother and to Ruthha should cease now for the time being? I am sure she will update you once the meeting has taken place.
Again, to clarify, we are keen to see the information from the many members who have complained to Ruthha. We have over 650,000 members and the fact that we are on here listening to a small minority of the ones who are understandably unhappy and frustrated at some of the currently delays, which are not just affecting Quidco but others across the cashback industry, does show that we want ALL of our members to be happy and informed.
This meeting is the only way we can see to getting to the bottom of this, as written communication is obviously not the answer here.
Those of you who are concerned that we give in to those who shout the loudest can be assured that this is still not the case. Payments and validations have started to come through naturally for some of the problem cases. This is as a result of the hard work and dedication of all Quidco staff and our work with the affiliates and merchants, and not attributable to anyone who has complained or written on to us. We are always clear and honest and, again, this would imply that we hold onto cashback and pay it when we wish. This is NOT the case. Delays always ultimately have an end as that is the nature of delays, although much of the time we are unable to be specific about timeframes when these delays occur, due to the amount of parties involved in the process.
We will continue to be open and honest with our members but I will not post on here again or become involved in arguments.
Anyone with a problem or issue, who is actually a Quidco member, is welcome to raise a ticket and ask for it to be passed to me.
Regards
