Time Limit for Selling Complaint
Uncertain
I've just been clearing out some old paperwork and found something which might be helpful in making a complaint about the way in which a with profits policy was sold. This dates back about ten years and I cashed in the policy a couple of years ago.
Does anybody know which date is relevant? Obviously if it is the selling date it would be statute limited in the County Court but does this apply to the FOS?
Thanks
