Hi,
Ok, we have been trying to claim back our Bank charges with HSBC now through a company (Cartel Client Review) since February this year, still with no luck, and no further on
I have spoken to Cartel, and asked them whats going off, and never get a straight forward reply, so really cheesed off with them now!!
They have copies of all our statements with charges etc too.
So what I'm trying to get at, has anyone here, been successful with HSBC, and receiving unfair charges back?( ours are Over-draft charges) How did you go about doing it? Did you use the template letters on here (and if so, can someone point us in the right direction of which letters to send first and so on please
) or did you go through a company whom managed to get your bank charges back to you, in a fair amount of time?
Many thanks, Sam.

All claims are on hold pending the outcome of the testcase, so whether you are paying a company to reclaim charges for you or doing it yourself you are held in the same queue unless you are facing severe financial difficulty.LegalBeagles0
