I've just tried the holiday autos one and cant get it to work for me Is it just me or have they finally realised?

Couldn't get HAUK5 to work, but followed the 'one account' link previously posted by Gobbyash and got 15% off! Most of it used up in bloomin' insurance . . . still 14 days hire @ £528 for Menorca. Have taken the option to wait 48 hours to see what's available and saved £24.

Then I stupidly called the call centre to change the drop off time and he questioned where I got the 'discount voucher' from, whoops. I blamed my dad & he didn't take it further, I just hope we've got away with it.

Many thanks gobbyash - used link today and Mallorca booking in July went down from £362.36 to £307.70. One other tip ..... I was booking car for 20 days however it was cheaper to book for 21 days !!! Reason being that there are further discounts with Holiday Autos based upon week (or multiple of) bookings.

Thanks gobbyash. Are people taking out the pre bookable option with this, ie insurance waiver or whatever they call it?

Just used the 'oneaccount' link for the 15% discount and was then able to apply a voucher code
VCUK10 for a further 10% :-)

Got one account link to work but not vcuk10. Says invalid.

Just used oneaccount link so got that discount no probs, put in the VCUK10 code it took it at first but when I pressed checkout it took the discount away and instead of charging me £185 I got charged £222. My hire is from 16th Jul to 23rd July so wondering if the end date of my hire was too late to qualify for the 10%?? Still saved a fair bit!
