Hi moneysavers!
Just wondering if anyone has any helpful hints or tips about my claim
I claimed about £500 from Natwest which they have charged me since I started uni in 2002. I claimed financial hardship because I am a student and I wouldn't have been charged the charges had they given me a student account (with free overdraft) in the first place, even though I am not actually in financial hardship (oops...). SO I'm not sure what I should do next. I know if I send them a form with all my bank details they'll just tell me where to go, as I'm not in obvious hardship so I was just wondering what I should do.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks and happy saving!
Alan
