Hi
Through the door recently I received a voucher for Littlewood's, entitling me to £30 off a £60 spend. I needed some bits so I used it and paid on my card (VISA Debit.)
They stated that their discount code system has two stages:
1) They charge the full amount
2) They refund the discount value
It's been four days since I ordered and I still haven't received my money. I phoned them and they did confirm the refund had went through, yet I've received nothing.
I know sometimes it takes a few days to show up, but personally I thought it would have shown up before now. Four days seems a long time.
If anybody has any experience with Littlewoods voucher codes help would be greatly received. How long should refunds take to show?
Thanks.0 -
Hmmmm seems very odd to me, I have always paid the discounted price straight away, either this is a wind up or you have been conned........Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

I finally received it.
So if anybody else has trouble with Littlewood's discount it can take up to four days to receive your money.
Thanks guys!

i have been a very loyal customer to littlewoods for about 15 years now,do you think it would be cheeky of me to phone/e-mail them and ask them for a discount code,as all they seem to do is give out codes for new customers.
cheers

I think you definitely should! Go for it.
Plenty of competition out there if they don't treat their loyal customers right and its par for the course nowadays for mail order to send reward codes through if you linger over your next order.
