  • is this company for real!!!!

i have just spent the last 30 minutes on the phone, being cut off and transferred between various imbeciles!
i went for the credit account option in the end(just to get the discount to be honest)as i was creating the account the order just seemed to go through on its own even though i didnt complete checkout and instead went for continue shopping, minus the codes(because obviously you need to create an account before you are elligible to use the codes)so i called to cancel the order(eventually after being on hold for an eternity)
I then went back online to re order using the codes and was told when i applied the codes that they we only for a first order!!!!!
reading previous posts i now see that this has happened to others also,so i called very and asked them to just cancel the account completely!
without ranting too much, their customer service was also dreadful and everyone i spoke to told me something different or managed to cut me off.
Needless to say i wont be dealing with very again, far far to much hassle,i will just go and buy want i wanted elsewhere!
thanks for all your replies though

Are you a new or existing account?

When you call up CS and perform certain actions on the account its offering customers a 10% code, Same with Kays&co aswell.

I'm not sure if its against site rules as its being dished out to people who call up

  • ZZ016 spend £40 and get £20 off new orders if a credit account is opened w w w dot voucher codes dot com / vouchers / littlewoods dot htm

I tried to add this code when placing an order first online(as a a new customer) then over the phone. I get the feeling that littlewoods try to avoid paying out on them?
The littlewoods server did not recognise the code, so I called in the order and it was meant to be added to my account. But after receiving the confirmation email - the code was not added.

I callled again and they said once you receive your order call back and we will add the code....For some reason I doubt they will

Has anyone else had a similar expereince?
