Deposit Protection Scheme Query

Hey all

Just a quick question regarding how long I should be waiting to get the letter from my LA's relevant deposit protection scheme re my deposit. I moved in one month ago and nothing yet,

    they have 14 days to lodge it.

    should be given 5 days for their payment to clear and then another few days for your letter to arrive.
    i buy houses ........... any condition.

    mydeposits do not write to the tenant - they expect the landlord to do that

    My LA said that I would get a letter from the scheme so I assume its not with that one.

    I only found out about this scheme last week,been in the property 4 months,LL told me twice last week that he would bring a tenancy certificate,still waiting.
