can anyone help please
We have a secondhand sky+ box and a sky subscription with our own card, but I keep getting the input PIN request. Have tried using the PIN for our sky card but it´s rejected, tried going into the bit re parental control, but it again asked for PIN no, input ours but again rejected, have tried to contact the previuos owner of the sky+ box just in case it wanted their number, but have had no response from them. Help please
Sandy
You'll have to call Sky to reset the pin.Nothing you can do without the original pin.0 -

You need to ring Sky as you cant change the pin on Interactive or MySky as it will ask for the old pin then the new pin & if you dont know it you have a problem. You can't be lost if you don't know where you're going.0 -

This is from MySky account settings.
PIN Reset
If you've forgotten your set top box PIN, you can reset it online. Just fill in the fields below:
Resetting your PIN usually takes under two minutes to take effect, please try again if it hasn't worked after four hours.
It does NOT ask for your old pin.0 -
