Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Car Insurance Carver!
It's been on offer for ages now. It's nothing special.

It's the classic 'renewable 12 month contract' offering for which some have been complaining they have not received the promised, "Do you want to renew for another 12 months?" letter about 4 weeks before the anniversary.

OTOH, if you're not planning on moving, it's a pretty good offer.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

And it is not a rolling contract, it is an autorenewing contract.

Correct. Very important distinction, actually. It would be called as dodgy as **** if a dubious start-up company did this. For the biggest telecoms company in the UK (and former State monopoly) to be getting involved in summat like this is, frankly, contemptuous. I' m amazed the regulator allows it, TBH.
