If I want to claim from G E Capitol for charges on latepayments for my Debenhams & House of Fraser cards where do I write? Also, is this just the same as claiming back credit card charges or bank charges?

write to the address which is in on statements you receive making ref to your account number etc. Alternatively phone them & ask ? Failing that the address for GE Money HQ is College Rd, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1FB.
Process is exactly the same as claiming for credit cards.
Good luck.If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!

Hi,
I had GE money staff card as I used to work for the Arcadia Group, I fell behind on payments and got threats at the beginning of this year I made large payments to pay it all off. The balance before I will behind was like £150 I think and I know I paid off more than that in the end.
When it came to writing to them though I was told they had been taken over by Santander so I wrote to them is that right?
Has anyone had any luck with GE getting charges back?0
