Sorry I have no idea what section to put this thread under.
I was wondering if any one else has joined the playmonday lottery and had any problems I registered on Saturday, I then tried to deposit but it kept saying my postcode was wrong. I have rung them twice today been on hold for ages and twice been told it was sorted but I still can't deposit any money as it isn't recognising my postcode.
I was just curious if anyone else has had the same problems. I can't play today so will have to wait and see if they can sort it next week.

They seem to be in a terrible mess. I tried to register and it wouldnt let me - kept saying to try later. They've extended the time of the draw but it seems impossible to get onto the site. I get so far and then thats it.

Not sure if I'll bother again but do like most of the charities.

I registered with no problems, this was a week last friday though, it was probably quiet then and now everyones trying to get on.

I registered last night - had to try several times but I got there in the end. Seems like the site is having trouble meeting with demand today - due to last minute advertising, etc. The draw is not taking place until midnight tonight

My account is blocked, I have tried ringing them but haven't got through, got bored waiting!!! Ive selected an option for them to ring me back, so lets see!!

I have at least three matching numbers that I can remember I picked! I did print off my numbers but I've lost the sheet....oops lol So i need to wait for them to ring me back now, can't even get on there website at the moment!!

I left my number for a call back yesterday but had nothing. I have now had an email to say my account has been amended to include my proper postcode. But when I logged on it was still the old one and I still can't change it.

Most CC companies have now changed their policy so that any gambling site transaction is classed as a cash advance. Shame really as I used to get 1 percent cash back doing things like that. I suggest you use a debit card for any gambling site in future.

i signed up, then tried to register my credit card, but there was a problem with my address details: i'm in a converted building, and my CC billing address has slightly different wording to their address database. No way of re-entering the address during the registration process.... so i have a user name, but no way to fund or play.

and i do so want to help the charities involved.
