Best water based gloss paint?

Anyone knows whats the best quick drying water based gloss, looking to get 2.5L+undercoat where is the best and cheapest available have got a b&q ,homebase,wilkinsons nearby anyway look forward to any views cheers !!!

    dulux is always the best and usually the most expensive, you don't require an undercoat for quick drying gloss.

    Yes Dulux is good , is new work or over existing Paint

    yes... and water based varnish as well and some water based varnishes are harder wearing than oil based.

    Johnstone's Aqua Gloss or Dulux Aquatech, would be my choice.
