Straight to the dealership, given what they charge for any work you pay for yourself you should get as much done as possible while its under warranty.
Personally i'd get them to check the fluid levels and tyre pressures while your there, just on the principle that you gave them several thousand pounds for the car recently and it has a warranty.
p.s. I hate the way the big car dealerships work, so the advise above may be biased. Well they did try to get me to pay £150 for some parts I needed, I got the equivelent for £20 from Ultra Parts as my local motor factors couldn't get what I needed and Halfords tryed to sell me parts for the wrong car.0
