Any one looked at selling their house using a service like national home buyers ??
What sort of rate do they offer ??
I'm looking to sell my house, but things are very quiet at the moment... wondering if this was a good option !!
Thanks

I'm sure they will give a far lower selling price than normal, better to sell normally now before people realise the market is crashing again, but you will have to be quick.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

they make you pay an inflated valuation fee, then probably offer you 60% of the market value0

If you want to sell your house and not getting any viewers, then lower the price.
I'm 99.99% sure that you'll still get more selling it on the market rather than using one of these companies, as they'll probably offer 60% of what you could have sold if for!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
i operate a similar company
basically they will be looking to buy your house at a wholesale price.
if you are simply looking to get it sold quick because you cant find a buyer i doubt this option is the answer.
70% - 75% of the value is what you can expect to be offered.
Lower the price and get your estate agent to earn their commission!!i buy houses ........... any condition.0 -
