Re-assessment of Hardship

Both Nationwide (my a/c) and Halifax (my partners) rejected our claim under hardship earlier this year (despite my partners account being downgraded from a full current to a basic, her loan with them being on reduced payments and proof of rent/ctax arrears) due to her hours being cut at work.
Since then i have been redundant (with no pay-off as i wasnt there 2 years) and am now on JSA
And we had twins 6 weeks ago...
I searched the template section and couldnt find anything but is there a letter i can send to ask them to re-consider due to fairly dramatic changes in circumstances
thnaks

Steve can you post up what Nationwide wrote to you since they are pretty good at telling you their reasoning and we can see what we can do.
And what did Halifax say since they are not the same as Nationwide.
Are any of the arrears being paid off?0
