I did try to point towards ONLY the tracks that you had ripped from CD's that you were now planning to sell. Obviously downloaded stuff is fine, but if you've downloaded stuff you already own on CD it's not very moneysaving is it?! I made no assumptions about the contents of your iPod...0

What are we going to hear next on this thread, 'HOME TAPING IS KILLING MUSIC!!'0

I have sold about 150 CD/DVDs on MusicMagpie and had no problems. Nothing has been refused and they have always paid out in full. They don't pay a huge amount, but all the stuff I sold has either failed to sell on ebay/Amazon or would not make a lot after fees etc.
The only thing to be aware of is that they are not as quick as sending out the envelopes and cheques as they say. I wonder if they have been overwhelmed. They do always turn up, but it can be a few weeks.0 -
save-a-lot, I don't wanna be the one to say this, but if you sell the CDs, you should really delete the tracks off the iPod too, as you won't really own them anymore...
You don't actually 'own' the songs anyway. All you have is a licence to listen to them. I wouldn't worry about it.0 -
