    Not Received mine YET !!! - ordered on 17th October 2009 !

    I didn't get mine either, but I did notice there was a coupon in the newspaper a few days ago for the standby saver and it did say "British Gas" customers only so maybe they've changed their policy

    I've received an energy monitor and its certainly eye opening to see your energy usage! British Gas also offer free loft and cavity wall insulation for people in receipt of certain benefits such as DLA;

    I selected 'not applicable' under the list of benefits and it said i wasn't eligible, so I guess it doesn't work unless you are on benefits?

    I ordered them for my mum who is over 70 and on DLA approx 4 weeks ago now and they arrived today. Very impressed. Thank you for posting this offer.
