Any idea how to get the WELCOMENOV09 code to work? It's a new account which Im using, but it says that it has already been used and is not valid - which isnt true.

Ive sent an email to ASOS, but probably wont get a response before this code expires, which is a pity as I really want to put an order in!

i opened an account for hubby the other day to use this new code as i couldnt find any code for my account. it did work then - it is straightforward to use, if its not working maybe they've pulled the plug on it - as we had no trouble. sorry cant help
