I am going to ring round my local OFFICE shoe stores tomorrow to make sure they have my size/colour in stock, if none do, I will order off Shudoo tomorrow night, Thnaks guys, I was feeling rubbish when I got that email from ASOS saying they refunded me and had none..... its all good now x x

OOh wait, I am just reading the 20% off voucher in heat. it says:
The discount is available on full priced, Office own brand ladies' merchandise only.
Selected full price items are excluded from the offer, see in store for setails

Found one for 15% off and it doesn't work on UGGS handbagSS08 - annoying!

I wonder if they do student discount...although that would only be 10% I expect. You might know someone who is a student

I just got a reply from ASOS customer care, they must work all hours, received @ 22.10

Thanks for getting in touch, and I'm sorry we couldn’t send you these items.
I've had a look into it, and unfortunately there was a computer error, meaning the website said it was in stock when it wasn't. When we came to pack your order, we discovered we were out of stock, so we have refunded what you paid for that item.
If the item you wanted does appear again on our site, please order it, then email me your order number and I'll refund your delivery charge.
After the offer has expired, we will be unable to extend the discounted price, so please do try to place the order again before Friday, if they show as available.
If there’s anything else I can help you with, please contact me straight away.

Im really not sure what the best thing to do now is....... I have a feeling that Office wont honour the 20% off for uggs but not sure, what do you think?
Or I could order them from Shudoo 20% off, but ive never used that site before and also dont know how real they are, everyone on here seems happy with them?? aarrgghhh x

Wow that's awful customer servce from ASOS!!!! You paid for an item at a specific price so you should be entiltled to it even if it takes a while to get the stock back in.

As I said before shudoo(formerly uggsandkisses) were the first to sell ugg boots, they are the most official place you can get them from! Not sure why you think they are fakes?

Also they are contradicting themselves!! If it says on the site now that there IS a pair in your size they need to honour that price!!!

sorry, I didnt mean to offend, its just that I've never heard of shudoo before......
I know they are really making me mad. I have just emailed them to say:

Hi,

I received this email (below) from Stacey last night re my refunded order.
She asked me to keep checking the site to see if they have replenished the stock of size UK5 Black tall Classic Uggs....
This morning I have checked, the colour (Black) and size (UK5) and amount (2 pairs) are showing as available but now at £170.00.
I placed my order yesterday morning at £136 each, please could you extend me this price now that you have them in stock, and the 20% off branded items discount does not end until tomorrow.

I have just had a reply from ASOS,

Thank you for your email.
If you place the order for the 2 pair of boots at £170.00 each then I will refund the difference i.e. £34.00 per pair.
Please email me with the order number once you have actioned this.
If you have any other questions then please let me know.
