ASOS - New Codes

I had a similar voucher code last week at "lunch time" but got the email at like 5.30.

I then emailed ASOS who said they would honor the offer if I placed it over email with the repesentative.
Seemed apologetic so if you had the email too late or didnt get to see the email till you got home from work, its worth emailing to ask what went wrong etc etc, they may well still honor it.

In the end I didn't place my order, (I was so angry I went out and bought what I want from a shop!) so have no idea how the discount would apply, it may well mean you have to spend and then get refunded so make sure you have the funds in your bank to do this!

any codes going about for free delivery on anything gt one in email if you spend on beauty etc. But im buying a hat and £3.95 P&P is quite a lot so any discount would be great

I agree with greyhoundcrazy & yasmina! ASOS have become very arrogant & cant believe they said that about us customers!! Very unprofessional they have got a bit too big for their boots -they still dont do free returns- what company does that nowadays??!!! They are competing with Topshop & many other online retailers that do offer codes as goodwill.

I also agree the random codes are ridiculous ie valid for one lunchtime??!!! why not just mens left shoe only???!

I have stopped shopping there now too as their customer care is non existent, shame as sometimes the items i would have bought add up to well over £150...! Oh well...!

The only online clothing site that I can think of which offers free returns is boohoo.com
I think their delivery cost is £3.95 for next day delivery, amd you can process your returns online, and then just take the parcel to the post office.

The customer service department is fab, and they have given me discount codes on 2 occassions when I had an issue with an order.

Figleaves also offer free returns- and only £2 P&P. I just wish they sold more than underwear and swimwear!
