Natwest online baking problems

I have an account with Natwest. I set up online banking so that I could check my account easily. I am having problems logging in. It keeps saying I have entered the wrong information even though I know it's correct. I then have to use the"Regain access to online banking" to see my account. I still cannot log on even after resetting my pin & password.
Come on you Irons

You need to use a better quality flour with NatWest - try wholemeal! :rotfl:

After three attempts it locks you out completely.
Either give them a ring and sometimes they can get you logged back in or you will have to order a new activation code and start again. :o

This happened to me the other day, when I called they said that my computer had a tracking virus on and I had been locked out.

(I had the Natwest security thing loaded on my laptop, hence it found the virus)

I purchased Norton anti virus and it found the virus and sorted it.

I was then able to re-register.

    Hope this helps.
