Help r.e tesco direct

Ok this is typical of me and could kick myslef but just wanted some advice before i poss ring them again!

Bought a microwave off them online (have a receipt stored on mythings.com) and the door is playing up, rung and after a lot of faffing we can return for a refund..it has taken now 7 calls and an argument with my local store but taking back later on! will have to re buy online though as they have none.

I also purchased a mobile for dd on the 18th of sept 2008 (only just noticed on receipt) and it has been playing up the last few months not charging, i ahve said ti dd i will look at it but don't know what it is and as she rarely uses it its sat and times gone by..just found the online receipt while sorting the microwave as got it online..where do i stand and will they think im taking the mickey if i take it back at the same time?

Thanks never buy online normally as this is why!

You can take it back too, but Tesco won't swap the phone, you'll be referred to their mobile repair team who will organise repair.

A repair will be easiest. If it's barely been used then you could argue the toss, but they've got no way of knowing it's not been used much in a year.
