    Enjoyed reading all the comments, especially one from professional. Selling your home is such a stressful event we need all the help we can get and not cons. Cant believe they have the cheek to charge £20 for this rubbish. It is so meaningless without seeing inside a property. I have viewed plenty of pits in my day that agents have to big up in order to get you in the door. Condition is everything. Martin I am disappointed in you.

    Debt at highest (November 2005) = £35,856

    Debt currently (August 2006) = £20,790
    &More £1,530, Egg £6,800, HSBC £3,760, Egg Loan £8,700

    Interim goal = £23,400 (Target: February 2006, Missed but acheived May 2006)
    2nd Interim Goal = £15,000, Target October 2006
    Debt Free Date = February 2008 BUT I'M GOING TO BE TRYING FOR SOONER!!! :p

    There's one of these online valuations around that does it for free. There was a thread about it on these boards - everyone laughing about how wildly inaccurate it was. Surely suggesting we pay for something like this is something for a moneywastingexpert.
