7. One entrant will win a pair of economy class return flights from London to Rio de Janeiro. The prize does not include transfers, accommodation, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure, or incidental costs. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have travel insurance and a valid passport, and obtain necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip.
8. The winner and their guest must travel together on both the outbound and return flights. The prize must be booked before December 31, 2009 and is valid for travel between March 1 and May 31, 2010, excluding Easter and bank holidays. Amendments to the confirmed booking will incur a charge which will be the responsibility of the winner.
