Hi
I have a mobile phone contract, and its about 6months old,
It just wont make any calls, I would dail the number and that is would just cut out on me and the signal would just die. I spoke to orange and there said I would have to speak with the manufacturer, plus I can not get a spare phone, even thought im on a contract. Im sure there tell me porky pies, are there? what are my rights? The phone works in every other apsect!.
I hope some one can point me in the right direction
Thanks

Take it in to an orange shop and get them to send it away for repair. They don't have to give you a spare mobile, but if you kick up enough of a fuss they will usually lend you one...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
