    Thinking of spending???..YNAB says "NO!!!!"

  • Hi Haven't posted on this thread before,

Were going away camping at the weekend but said we'd get a 'treat' on the way instead of having to cook when we get there.

I got the bus today and on the back of the ticket is a saver offer at Macdonalds £1.99 for a Big Mac and fries, but I only had one ticket as I was on my own so I picked up a discarded one off the floor!! :o

Wouldn't normally go there but as I subjected myself to floor skimming were going!!

Hi all, quick one from me.

    1) Went to work
    2) SC x 10p. I have enough to withdraw £15, yay!
    3) Read paper online
    3) Had a frugal dinner of pasta. I had bought some tortelloni but it was all mouldy - beurgh. Will take it back tomorrow.
    4) Returned library books.
    5) Refilled handwash dispenser with cheap bubble bath.
    6) Checked banking
    7) Borrowed a DVD for T off my sister instead of renting it.

(ETA - and watch Economy Gastronomy on i-player. It was on tonight instead of tomorrow!)

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Evening all,

Have had a reasonably DFW day today:
    • Breakfast at home
    • Went to parents for lunch and got free cheese on toast ;)
    • Charged ipod at work
    • Went to gym after work
    • Printed off my 12-week challenge goals and stuck them to my computer to remind me
    • Chilli from the freezer for tea - bulked out with lentils and baked beans to feed me, OH and OH's friend.
    • Made granola from left over bag of horrible value museli
Have donated the last portion of chilli to OH's friend who has been unemployed for 3 months and not having much luck job hunting. I thought his need was greater than ours.

Fay/KT that's good news for you/OH's jobs, how awful for the people who got let go though, talk about a nightmare.

Still haven't made any progress on the bathroom  that is DEFINITELY tomorrow's job!

    Night all xx
