1. All entries must be received by midnight on 25th October 2009.
2. Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries.
3. No responsibility is accepted for submissions that fail to be delivered.

5. No responsibility can be taken for technical issues on this website preventing entry.
6. There is no cash alternative and no other benefits, items or additions can be substituted for the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable and are not for resale. Prize includes a weekend cookery course for two people, worth £289 per person, at the Ashburton Cookery School, plus accommodation and rail tickets up to the value of £100 each if applicable.
7. Prize bookings can be made at any time between 23rd November 2009 and 23rd March 2010. The promoters make no guarantee of availability on the winners’ preferred dates or travel times, but will do their best to find suitable alternative dates if first choice dates are unavailable.
8. Rail tickets will be for a single return journey from your local mainline station to Newton Abbot Station in Devon. You will be responsible for finding your own way from the station to the Ashburton Cookery School (this will cost about £10 with a local taxi service). No part or parts of the rail travel value may be substituted for other benefits.
9. The promoters take no responsibility for problems with the rail network that may prevent competition winners from reaching the prize destination.
10. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc and their associates.
11. The prize winner will be drawn at random by an independent person. Prize winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. A redraw will take place if prizes have not been claimed by midnight 23rd November 2009.
12. Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances deem this necessary. Image is for illustrative purposes only.
14. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions. In the event they are unable to do so then Morrisons reserve the right to redraw the prize.
