No electricity meter?
Slightly concerned about the property I am buying. The forms returned from the sellers do not state where the electricity meter is located, which I take as there not being one.
If there isn't a meter, how do I pay my bills? Pretty sure its not included in service charge.

There surely must be a meter!
If a flat they are often all located in the same room in a basement.0 -
I see! They didn't specifically say there isn't one. Just they mentioned where the fuse boxes were but not the elec meter, which I thought was odd. And it is a flat.0

As Cardew has said, your meter will probably be in a communal switch room along with everyone else's, and they should be labelled up with which flat they belong to. Might be worth seeing if you can contact either whoever "manages" the building or who you are buying the property from, see if they can confirm the location.Where there's a will, there's a way to get something cheaper from somewhere else!!0
