IPUT A CLAIM IN FOR PPI IN JANUARY AGAINST ALLIANCE & LEICESTER,THEY SENT A LETTER SAYING THAT THEY OWED ME £827,I ACCEPTED BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE.
I PHONED IN MARCH/APRIL AND THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND ARE STILL DEALING WITH IT AS THEY HAVE HAD A LOT OF CLAIMS.I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW LOLNG IT TAKES TO WRITE AND SEND A CHEQUE,HAS ANY ONE ELSE ON HERE HAD THIS PROBLEM

Chase them up by phone or letter if you prefer or go to the FOS.0

I would get in touch with them like Melorablack says.
