urgent halp needed 1and1 emptying my credit card £10 at a time

i tried to change my billing method with 1and1 intenet because i got rid of my capital one cc and replaced it with a pre paid mastercard. i did try settingup a dd with 1and1 first but they set up two dds and the presentation failed to debit my bank ac so i thought cc would be simpler. tonight however they are taking money from my pre paid cc £10 at a time roughly hourly so now they have taken £30

what will happen to my cc when it runs out of money? i cannot ring billing til 9am tomorrow i have tried tech support and they cannot help.

frankly i am running out of ideas

the ac is on hold because i havent paid the bill !

Can you call whoever issued your credit card and have them put a stop to it?

they dont have a phone number and to block it i would have to block whole card and i need card to book train tickets next week for my holiday in three weeks time

I remember having monster difficulties cancelling a Setanta sports channel sub on a card (never again a sub on a card!), in the end forced a 3 way call so the Visa supervisor could witness Setanta agreeing that the subscription was closed - then I extracted a ref no. form the Visa rep to prove that the conversation had taken place. EVEN THEN one more payent went thru a month later. Another call to Visa and they retracted it.

you can call and block a particular company once they have made 1 redrawl.
