02 and credit solutions?

Ive just had a bad experience with a debt ive had with 02 and they passed it onto CREDIT SOLUTIONS they sent me a letter saying if i Paid 50% of the debt then they would reconnect me.
So ive paid half of the debt and now CREDIT SOLUTIONS wont reconnect after promising to do so,ive even spoken to one of their managers who admitted its ok asking for tapes of the conversations weve had but the Customer Care may have used a button to deliberately edit the taped conversation mentioning they will reconnect me.
So in the end ive paid half the bill they wont reconnect and O2 arent bothered either they fob me off with all the excuses under the sun so is there anything I can do??

Use another network?
Pay off the debt? Or is it disputed?

The debt has been paid off to how they wanted it so now I dont know what to do next!!

The debt will only be paid to 'how they want it' when they have all the money that you owe them.

Would you keep lending someone money if they never fully repaid you?

Here's an idea, why not pay the money you owe and they will reconnect you. I assume there is no dispute that you owe the money seeing as you paid 50% of it so why not pay the other 50% you owe.

I know its a funny concept, paying for a service, but give it a try, I think you'll find it a lot less hassle in the long run!

You could always get a pay as you go phone. It will also stop you getting into debt again.

It's not down to Credit Solutions to reconnect you. That would be down to O2, and without paying the full amount I would doubt that they would reconnect you.
