Best of luck for Thursday, make sure the property looks presentable as possible.
Is it really too much hassle to decorate a room at a time? I'm not a DIY'er, I'm more GSE, get someone else, but even I've manged to decorate a few rooms in my time. Just don't mention glossing, I hate glossing.
p.s. When I was a four year old twin, me & me bruvver loved get involved with the diy, decorated rooms, garages etc. Not always with paint, found the squirty oil can once, now that was fun.0 -
You're right bobproperty the property market is much slower than it was a couple of years ago.
It is also extremely competitive . The best properties will always be snapped up whilst the er-hem "dogs" will languish for a long time.
Also because prices are very high (in relation to earnings - the property price to earnings ratio is higher than it has been in a long, long time) buyers are looking to get the best value for their money. Because for the main part sellers are also then looking to buy again they also need to get a good price for their property - and so it goes on.
It's a very tough market at the moment but having just sold eight properties in the last four weeks I am flavour of the month at work!!0
