Listing errors by Ebay - Who do I email?

Put an item on yesterday (as it was a free listing day) for a 10 am start this morning on a 3 day listing.
When entering its stated a 6p charge for the scheduled start & a zero listing fee. Thats fine, I thought...
Anyway, it activated at midnight instead of 10am & its now charging 56p!
I dont mind about the 50p extra really (but I would rather not pay it) however I do mind about a midnight finish for an office item.
Who do I email to change the listing time & how do I get the 50p back (whilst I am at it)???
Ideas welcome...

You only get it free if the item STARTS on the free listing day not listed. Also are you sure you didn't make it start at Midnight as the time does for some reason on my computer flash back to 12am a lot of times if you try and pick the time too fast.0

Positive. I had it down at a 9.00 start & changed it to a 10am start so when it ends people are at work & settled...Not Again0 -
mrcol1000 is right that the fees are correct, I'm not sure what to say about the start time though.0

To be fair I am not to fussed about the fee.
but I need to amend the time of it.. but dont know how.Not Again0 -
You can just end the sale and relist. I just had to cancel one of mine as I accidentally listed that I had two of the items for sale (I only had one, but was reusing the template!).0

I would adjust the price to a price I was willing to accept and let it run. You never know someone might bid on it before it ends and it will sell. If it doesn't sell then relist it to start at the time you wanted.0
