Hi, We sold a camera on Ebay about 10 days ago for 800. We sent invoice on day one then again on day five with still no contact..
We then emailed asking the buyer to contact us to let us know when he was going to pay. The buyer emailed back saying he was going to collect from our house in Devon.. (We don't live in Devon)
Our Ebay states we live in E.Sussex. So we emailed back with our location and said the camera is boxed ready to be sent once he has paid...
No email back!! So after one last email and no reply i reported him to ebay for non payment. It has been three days and the buyer has now paid.:T
Only the buyer wants us to post to a address which is not his verified address on ebay. Should we send and would we still be covered by paypal, or should we email back and say we can only send to verified address as this is a expensive item..
Thanks Jen1

I would only send it to the address on paypal. Its not worth it for that amount of money. They can add an extra address to paypal if they want it sent to somewhere else.0 -
Thank You!!
That's whot i thought. Just hope he is not going to be difficult!0 -
Defo only post to address on paypal payment, otherwise your not covered. Better to have a narcked buyer than lose £800.
I'm having a similar prob, if you refund you can't (I think) do a NPB, so you'll be down £80+ in fees unless they agree to a mutual...0 -
Yep - only the address on paypal. You will not be covered under buyer protection if you dont0
