ticketmaster are mean!!

Me and two of my friends had standing tickets to see Coldplay at Hampden this Friday but I've broken my back so I'm not allowed to stand. There are still seating and standing tickets available so I phone ticketmaster and they say there's nothing they can do about it!! Horrible people!!
Just wanted to vent my anger lol!
Has anyone been in a situation like this with them and got anywhere?

often there is a difference between price of seats and standing, try once more to see if they will be willing to swap them and pay the difference if necessary. Thats the one trouble with concert tickets they are non re-fundable.

other option is to see if you can sell the ones you have and as the others are available buy seating ones instead (see if any friends/collegues want to buy them or there is a ticket swap site you could try, cant remember the name of it,

Failing that, try phoning the venue. They often keep some seats back for people who complain about the view etc so they may be able to help you.
