Bank Charges and Banking Solutions Bureau, Blackpool

Hi All,

Just a word of warninig. I've been contacted by a company called Banking Solutions Bureau - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BANK DETAILS.

Calling from this number 01253 757066 / 01253 757067

They claim to have been given the task of crediting peoples accounts with refunded bank charges. They then ask for your bank / card details to put through the refund.

My understanding is that the OFT case is still in full swing and no decision is due until early January 2010 I think. apparently when everything is sorted, banks will still not be asking these opportunists to help handle refunds!!!

I've also sent details to Consumer Direct.

I expect Consumer Direct are building up a hefty pile of complaints against this bunch of toerags now.

Just reported this to Trading Stanards and also informed the police on this one.. Thought it sounded it like a scam, so i would like all to know that the propper authorites have been informed. thanks all

spoke to both the police & trading standards about this company yesturday, and the police can NOT do anything about what these people
are upto and trading standards have not amassed enough complaints on their national data base to act on my little complaint !!!!!!!

its a scam that is run within in the law, unfortunately i have been duped by these scum bags to hand over my details and am now £50. out of pocket. the authoroties in this country are a shambles!!
there is clear grounds for a case of theft or fraud by deception but
they are more or less working with such companies to fleece the everyday man on the street!!!

the only time the police will get involved is when i go to
15 caunce street in blackpool with my baseball bat to get my money
back (and i WILL get it back) but they wont be there as back up for me.
simply they will be there to arrest me!! can you beleive that!!! .

this is not the last of this matter & i will not give up untill i have my money
and these lowlife scumbags have been dealt with.
i will post any further updates on the event as it develops .....so watch this space!!!!!!!!.
