Hi, this is my first post so apologies for any etiquette faux pas.
I have read many of the posts regarding the topic of motorway service fines but have a "scenario" that isn't covered as far as I can see (apologies in advance if it's here somewhere, but I havn't seen it!).
What would the case be if I drove into the services in one vehicle but drove out in another, and, although I might have only been there for about 90mins, the vehicle I drove out had been waiting for me for about 90mins before that?
Just to muddy that further, if the vehicle was leased to me by a third party and the PCN sent to them directly, would they have any legal obligation to inform the issuer who the leasee was?
Thank you in advance.

They are not fines they are invoices. They are not obliged to inform anybody of anything in this scenario. One major problem is that the hire company may well pay the invoice and pass the charge on to you with an added fee which you have probably agreed to in the lease agreement.0
