hi we have had two accounts with black horse we have sucessfully claimed against one account for mis-selling just waiting for cheque. we have received a letter from them regarding second account stating that because its pre 2005 we cant take it to ombudsmen so tough basically they have actually enclosed a demands and needs questionaire and statement which is actually for another customer. not sure what to do now? anyone help? thanks!

Can you tell me how long it took with your claim from the first letter to a response? I have myself written to Black Horse claiming the mis-selling of PPI but not heard anything back yet, (sent letter 24/8) I had also sent one to the RBS the same day and have received a response back from them saying they had received my letter and would be back in touch!!

SENT FIRST LETTER END OF JUNE TWO LETTERS LATER AND A COUPLE OF PHONE CALLS RECEIVED CHEQUE TODAY FOR PPI PAID!:j

Hi BGJAM, did it go to the fos or not? had a letter off the fos last week saying that we have been miss-sold ppi from black horse on 2 loans, just waiting to hear from them amount etc? did it take long for them to send cheque and is your loan still current?
